If your item(s) is damaged due to our error or you are unhappy with your item(s), please contact us right away. In most instances, we will gladly work with you to resolve the issue via repair, refund, or exchange.

Please note the following:

-All sales are final on custom orders and sale items (includes discounted items, items purchased with coupon codes).

-Shipping charges are non-refundable.

-Exchanges are only available to US customers; we currently only offer returns (minus shipping) or store credit for International customers.

Please contact us via email prior to sending back any items/for return or exchange approval. Any items not meeting the following requirements will be rejected for return or exchange:

Time Frame: All returns/exchanges on other products are required to be completed within 14 days of the ship date of your item(s). WE MUST RECEIVE THE ITEM BY THE END OF DAY 14.  NO EXCEPTIONS!  Any items received for return after this time frame will not be accepted and are subject to a $15 shipping/handling fee for the items to be shipped back to you. All returned/exchanged items must be received in their original condition and original packaging.  If you received FREE shipping on your purchase, your refund/return will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

The Deal: Returned items MUST be received in new, un-used, un-worn, un-washed original condition with all original tags/branding materials still attached.

1. You MUST contact us within 3 days of receiving your item to begin the return/exchange process.  If you do not contact us via email or messenger, any returned package received from you will be refused!  Email:

2. You are responsible for the shipping/handling of the item(s) you are returning to us.

3. We highly recommend shipping all returned items with tracking and insurance. We cannot issue credits/refunds for or exchange any items lost in shipping, damaged during return shipping, or items not received by Cowgirl Relics within the time period allowances mentioned above.  Cowgirl Relics is not responsible for packages lost or damaged packages upon return.

Defective or Damaged Items:  If you believe you have received a defective item or if your item was damaged in shipping, you MUST notify us via email within 3 days of delivery confirmation.  Any item that has already been worn/used will not under any circumstances be considered a defective item and we will not allow for return, refund, or exchange.  If you do not contact us within 3 days, any product damage will be considered normal wear and tear.

Exchanges:  While we are happy to offer exchanges, please note that we cannot always guarantee availability of sizes and certain limited run items or one-of-a-kind items.  If you would like a different size or item, we recommend placing an order for that item and then requesting a refund for the item you are returning.  We will happily fulfill your request so long as your return meets the above criteria.

Refunds:  All returned items meeting the above criteria will automatically be refunded (minus shipping costs) via the original method of payment....unless a store credit is specifically requested.  Please note Cowgirl Relics is NOT responsible for items/packages shown as delivered by USPS, that are mis-delivered, lost, or stolen.  We will not offer refunds on such items.  You must contact USPS in these situations.  Once packages leave our hands, they are solely the responsibility of the USPS.

International Customers: We currently only offer returns (minus shipping) or store credit for international customers wishing to return an item(s).  All returns must by received within 30 calendar days of the ship date of your item(s).  All of the other above policies apply to international returns as well.

Warranties: All vintage items are sold as-is with no implied or express warranty.  Most of our vintage items are second-hand pieces and have previously been owned and worn.  We do our very best to describe these pieces in detail including any flaws, blemishes, normal wear, etc.  All vintage jewelry is examined closely for loose stones, damage, etc prior to even being listed on the site.  While we do examine vintage items closely, we are still human and do overlook and miss things sometimes.  So, please note that our product descriptions may not be exact as, again, these are vintage, second-hand, pre-owned items.  If there is a significant oversight or discrepancy in item description, etc. we will gladly work with the customer to make things right.  However, once you have received your item and worn it, we will be unable to assist you with item damage issues in the form of repair, refund, exchange, etc.  No exceptions.  If you need assistance with jewelry repair for your vintage pieces, we can help you connect with a local jeweler (Spokane, WA-based) we work with, personally for repair.  You (the customer) will be responsible for all costs associated with the repair work as well as shipping to and from us or the jeweler.  Please see our FAQ/Jewelry Care section for additional information on caring for you vintage pieces and how to avoid breakage, stone loss, and prolong the life of your treasured vintage jewelry.
