Shipping/Handling

Shipping and Order Processing:

  • Retail orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days of order placement.
  • PLEASE NOTE!--Orders cannot be canceled or changed once checkout is complete.  We try to ship items in a very timely manner (sometimes on the same day) and therefore, cannot make changes to or cancel orders.  If you wish to return an item after your order is finalized, please see our Return/Exchange Policies
  • All retail orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail with tracking.  If you need expedited shipping, please email Lindy@cowgirlrelics.com for a shipping/processing quote.
  • For a small additional cost, you can request signature confirmation and/or insurance on your purchase.  Please message us to request.

    We are not responsible for lost/stolen package, particularly if delivery has been confirmed via USPS tracking. 

 Missing, Lost, or Overly Delayed Packages:

  • If your USPS says your package was delivered but you do not have it, this is a USPS issue.  Please contact your local post office or call the USPS help line to begin the process of locating your package.  We do not have any more information on your package than you do.  Once it leaves our hands, it is the responsibility of the USPS.  If you want insurance or signature confirmation for added protection in the event of a mishap like a missing, delayed, or stolen package, these option are available for purchase with a small additional fee.  Please contact us prior to purchasing to add these to your invoice.
  • Process for a missing, lost, delayed, etc. package:
  • 1) contact us to let us know that your package did not arrive/is missing/etc. and that you are beginning the process outline below:
  • 2) contact your local post office to request the GPS scan information for where your package was when the mail carrier scanned it as delivered in the event it was misdelivered, etc.
  • 3) check with neighbors, etc. in the event the package was misdelivered
  • 4) begin the online process for locating missing mail HERE: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm 
  • 5) Keep us updated so we can provide additional assistance when possible and within our realm of responsibility; we will also talk with our local postmaster and keep you updated on our end as well.

International Shipping:

  •  We ship internationally to a select list of countries that we have had good experiences shipping to (both with customers and international postal services).
  • If your country is not listed and you would like a shipping quote, please message us.
  • The buyer is responsible for all taxes, tariffs, customs fees, and any additional expenses incurred with international shipping.
  • So as to be compliant with international export/import laws, we WILL NOT ship international orders as "gifts" to avoid such fees, taxes, etc.  We will only ship orders with the full, true, and correct order values on the packing slip/customs form.

 

Wholesale Orders:

  • Current processing time is 5-7 business days.
  • All wholesale orders are shipping via USPS Priority Mail.
