Holiday Shipping and Return Policies
Holiday Shipping Deadline:
USPS First Class shipping deadline: December 5th
USPS Priority Shipping deadline: December 11th (choose Priority shipping, unless your items receives FREE Priority Shipping as stated in the product description)
The last day we will be shipping any packages for Christmas arrival is December 14th, due to the extreme delays being experienced via USPS shipping. We will be shipping through December 18th, but will have significantly reduced business hours for the holidays after that. We highly advise selecting Priority Mail shipping (unless your item states that it comes with FREE US Priority Mail shipping) as we cannot guarantee arrival of any First Class packages and even some Priority Mail packages are taking longer than 7 days to reach their destination. Current processing timeline is 1-3 business days depending on order volume and whether any items in your order are handcrafted and made-to-order. Once your package has left our hands, it's delivery is the responsibility of the USPS. If you have any issues with shipping, please 1) contact your local post office and provide them with your tracking number; 2) let us know about any issues immediately. PLEASE NOTE!...the USPS is currently experiencing delays in their service and delivery (as stated on their website), so we advise that you order as early as possible and that if you are ordering after Dec. 10th, choose Priority Shipping at checkout. We will not be responsible for lost or delayed packages.
International Order Holiday Shipping Deadline:
All international orders for Christmas delivery should be placed by December 1st. International orders frequently take 3-4 weeks for shipping, customs inspection, and delivery. Once your package has left our hands, delivery is the responsibility of USPS (while still in the US) and subsequently, your country's customs department and postal service. If you experience any delays, please 1) immediately contact your local postal service and 2) let us know right away. Once your package has left the US there is absolutely NOTHING we can do to find out what is delaying your order. We are, of course, always willing to assist in any way we can, but you MUST contact your local postal service to begin the process of locating and retrieving your package. Holiday Return Policy and Deadline:
All REGULARLY PRICED Cowgirl Relics items gifted at Christmas or over the holiday season are eligible for return for store credit only for cost of item minus shipping. All returned items must be received to our office no later than January 8, 2020 and must be in new, unworn, unused, unwashed condition with any original tags, etc. still attached. Any returns not meeting these requirements will be refused and shipped back to buyer at buyer's expense. Cowgirl Relics is not responsible for shipping or other costs associated with returning the item(s). We highly advise packaging your item(s) carefully to ensure their safe, intact arrival and shipping them via USPS WITH TRACKING. Cowgirl Relics is not responsible for any items damaged or lost in return shipping. Once your item arrives and we have inspected it to ensure it is good condition in accordance with the above policies, we will contact you via the email address provided during your initial purchase and will issue you a coupon code for the store credit value of your item. If you have not heard from us within 2-3 business days of your package arriving to our office as indicated by tracking, please contact us right away.
